Piping Gel has a multitude of uses:

- can be used as a glue / adhesive

- Coat your styrofoams in piping gel before icing in fondant to help the fondant stick

- Can be used to create a water effect by adding blue gel colour to resemble water or red gel colour for blood effect

- Paint over fondant to give a glaze / shiny effect
